I'm a serious tea drinker—green, black, oolong, you name it. This machine nails the temp for each type. The basket is easy to clean, and the keep-warm feature means my second cup is still hot. My only regret is not getting one sooner.
For anyone who hates microwaved water—this is the fix. Programming steep time is intuitive. I leave it on my counter and use it daily. Great for loose leaf. My matcha green tea tastes amazing now.
Works well, heats accurately. I like that it keeps the tea warm after brewing. Only complaint is the water level markings are hard to see—they're light gray on stainless. Had to use a flashlight the first few times. Still, it brews great tea.
Bought this for my mom who drinks herbal tea all day. She loves that she can set it and forget it. The basket is mesh and easy to rinse. Two thumbs up from her.
The temp control is spot on, and it looks nice on the counter. But the infuser basket is pretty small for large-leaf teas. When I use a generous amount of leaves, they don't expand fully. Brews okay but not as strong as I'd like. Might be fine for tea bags. Worth considering.
Had it for a month. Every cup is perfect. I don't think I can ever go back to a kettle. No more guessing water temp. Just set it and walk away. Five stars easy.
When I finally got it out of the mangled box, the tea maker works perfectly. Heats fast, good temp control. But the box was crushed so badly I thought it was broken. Delivery needs serious improvement. The actual machine—no complaints.
I used to boil water in a pot. Dumb, I know. This is way more consistent. The stainless finish matches my other appliances. Only gave 4 stars because the cord is a little short for my setup. Otherwise fantastic.
Got this as a gift for my sister, and she uses it daily. Says the taste difference is huge compared to her old kettle. She especially likes the auto-shutoff safety feature since she's forgetful. I might get one for myself soon.
