Inspection & Satisfaction

Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting each piece for any damage that may have occurred during shipping or for any manufacturing flaw that affects performance. If you are not completely satisfied—whether due to fit, finish, or how it performs with your favorite recipes—please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery for return instructions.
Eligible Returns
Items must be unused or lightly used in a manner consistent with normal home cooking.
Returned products should be in their original packaging, including all inserts, if possible.
If an item is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive your eligible return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is complete. Shipping costs for returns are not refundable except in cases where the item arrived damaged or was defective.
